About the Artist
I have been studying arts and aesthetics for most of my life. As a boisterous and outspoken child, I’ve always been drawn to things that stand out and carry a certain kind of shine, glitter, or color. I spent much of my earlier years learning about traditional art mediums such as pencil and charcoal, paint, crayons, markers and more. As I grew older, I dabbled in other artistic media such as poetry, creative writing, and even theater before finding a solid identity through collage art.
Over the past few years, I have been working to navigate the fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, the increasing global economic and political inflammation, and struggles disrupting my health. Through all of this turbulence, I began my first step in reconnecting with my creative self, reviving my art and falling in love all over again with what it means to be an artist in today's world.
It is with the highest hope that viewing my work will give you even just a little spark of inspiration to carry on with. However your art may look, regardless if you keep it secreted away, or open for all to see, I just hope you continue to love your art and the journey of your own creative process.
